Overview of Current Challenges and Our Solutions

Revolutionizing Housing in Guyana with Innovative Technology

Ideas Gy Inc is revolutionizing the housing sector in Guyana through the use of innovative Battery Mould Technology. Our approach combines advanced precast methods and efficient assembly techniques to construct earthquake-resistant and fireproof homes.

Current Challenges in Guyana's Housing Sector

Poor-quality Materials:

The use of poor-quality hollow blocks results in homes that cannot withstand earthquakes, compromising their durability and safety. This leads to frequent repairs and higher maintenance costs.

Traditional Construction Limitations

Outdated tools and slow, inefficient methods hinder construction progress and increase labor costs.

Labor Shortages

The booming construction and oil and gas sectors have created a high demand for labor, resulting in insufficient skilled workers and high turnover rates. This affects construction quality and speed

Our Solution

Introducing the Mobile Battery Mould (MBM) System

Innovative Technology

Utilizing Battery Mould Technology for enhanced construction quality and efficiency:

  • Hydraulic Pressure: Ensures precise concrete shape.
  • Steam Curing: Accelerates the curing process.
  • On-site Production: Efficient, high-quality production with a small team.
  • Rapid Construction: Entire home cast in a single day.
  • Durability: Withstands Category 5 hurricanes and 8.3-magnitude earthquakes.

Workforce Utilization

Empowering women and unskilled labor to promote diversity and inclusivity.

Scalability

Standardizing the construction process to meet large-scale housing needs.

Our Workforce

Skilled and Semi-Skilled Workers

Our dynamic team of 40  skilled and semi-skilled workers in Each production line is the heartbeat of our operation. Through specialized training, we ensure every project meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Inclusive Hiring

We're committed to diversity and inclusivity by actively hiring women and high school graduates. This approach enriches our team and brings fresh perspectives to our work.

Job Creation

We're proud to contribute to the local economy by creating 100 new jobs. This aligns with government goals for employment growth and helps build a stronger community.

Skill Development

We offer robust training programs that provide opportunities for both skilled and unskilled labor to advance their careers. Our commitment to continuous learning ensures our workforce remains at the cutting edge of industry standards.

Women Empowerment

Empowering women is a core value for us. By focusing on hiring and supporting women in the construction industry, we foster gender equality and create a more balanced workforce.

Our Factory

Modular Factory Design

Our factory is designed to be modular, allowing for easy scaling to meet increased demand. This flexibility ensures that we can expand our production capacity as needed, supporting large-scale housing projects and future growth. The modular setup enables us to quickly adjust and add new production lines, making us a highly adaptable production facility for home building.

Completion Time- 7 days from start to finish

Our innovative approach ensures that each home is completed within 20 days from start to finish. This rapid construction timeline is achieved through the use of advanced Battery Mould Technology and a well-coordinated workforce. By streamlining the construction process, we minimize delays and ensure consistent progress.

Sequential Starts- A new home every 3 days.

To maximize efficiency and meet the growing housing demand, we initiate the construction of a new home every 3 days. This sequential start system allows us to maintain a steady workflow, ensuring that our resources and labor are utilized effectively. As one home progresses through the various stages of construction, another begins, creating a continuous production cycle.

Monthly Capacity - 25 homes per month per Production line

Our production line is capable of delivering up to 10 homes per month. This high output is made possible by:

  • Advanced Technology: The Mobile Battery Mould (MBM) system enables rapid construction with precise and consistent results.
  • Efficient Workflow: Our well-trained team and streamlined processes ensure that each stage of construction is completed swiftly and accurately.
  • Resource Management: Effective scheduling and resource allocation allow us to maintain a steady pace of production, meeting our monthly targets without compromising on quality.

10 Year Warranty

We stand by Our Product and will offer 10 10-year manufacturer's Warranty for any defects on our Homes.

ASSEMBLY Process

Construction using a crane

Putting the wall components in

Putting the wall components in

This step involves the use of a crane to lift and position the pre-cast concrete components. The crane ensures that heavy components are accurately placed at the construction site.

The crane positions the wall components, which are lifted and carefully placed according to the building layout. This is a crucial step to ensure that all components are correctly aligned.

Joining precast wall panels
